I have The Sony Xperia 1 II with me in the studio today. This is a review unit that I received for 14 eras. It can be called Sony Xperia 1 marking 2 or merely Sony Xperia 1 2. Sony is known for its strange identifies lol. I like the fact that it’s a simple white box without too much going on. This phone is the second generation of Sony Xperia 1, hence the 1 marker II. As soon as you open the box, the phone is the first thing you realize. Other than that, you have some papers/ guidebooks and teaches. 18 W Power brick, 3.5 mm headphones, USB-C charging cable, and some ear tips. This container was already open because this is a review unit as I told you. Someone else had it before me and most likely will go to someone else after me. You have 3 shade alternatives: black, white, and purple. I have a colors Sony Xperia 1 II. The first thing you’ll notice is the 4K OLED screen with a 21:9 screen fraction. This is longer than it is wider and is easy to hold, as was the Xperia 5. The front has only one 8 MP selfie camera. You can record 1080 p videos at 30 frames per sec. The front likewise boasts the speaker grill. The notch is non-existing. Body to screen fraction is 84%. On the right side, “youve had” the publication keys, power/ fingerprint button, and camera shutter button at the highly bottom. This camera shutter button is precisely geared towards pro photographers to help with focus and manual restraints. On the left, you have the sim tray. You don’t need the sim ejector implement to open it. Merely use your fingernail. Along with a sim placard slot, it has a microSD card slot. Sony Xperia 1 II aids up to 1TB microSD card. Small details like these present the ponderous thought process of phone companies, which I appreciate.Although Sony phones are not really popular nowadays, I still think they are one of the best telephones. The freighter views the USB-C port and headphone jack on top, which you rarely verify anymore. Besides Sony and LG, I doubt any other phone presents headphone jacks, so that’s a cool signature. This phone has a triple camera system. All 3 are 12 MP cameras. 1st camera: f/ 1.7 and 24 mm( wide) 2nd camera: f/ 2.4 and 70 mm( telephoto) 3rd camera: f/ 2.2 and 16 mm( ultrawide ). The grey scatter is the time of flight sensor to measure depth. The sensor sizing is pretty decent. Since all the focus is on the camera, you can expect a camera review video from me in a few cases eras. The OLED display is 6.5 inches with a resolution of 1644 x3840 pixels and a 21:9 phase fraction. Watching videos on this phone is an amazing experience. I said the same thing about the Xperia 5. This smartphone has a 643 PPI 4k HDR OLED screen. Most Netflix movies are filmed at 21:9, but you will run into problems when “youre watching” regular videos that aren’t 21:9. You will have black tables on the sides of the video. This smartphone doesn’t have a notch; instead, Sony opted for slim bezels. Let me know in the comments your thoughts on this design. If the video you’re watching is 21: 9, you won’t have any problems watching. Camera cutouts are not a problem. Sony’s skin on top of Android 10 feels lightweight and doesn’t add too much unnecessarily. This is a 60 Hz panel but Sony claims that the gesture blur aspect does it definitely sounds like 90 Hz, but haven’t felt that more. Another aspect is its dual sim aspect. You need a physical sim and e-sim. This phone has a snapdragon 865 processor, 8 GB RAM, and 256 GB storage. In the US, you will find the 4G variant while in other countries, you will also get the 5G variants. The artillery capacity is 4000 mAh and subscribes fast wireless charging.These are some selfies I took with the iPhone 11 and Sony Xperia 1 II. You can be found in the analogy. Sony Xperia’s pic is wide compared to iPhone 11, but the sky dye is a bit off. The iPhone pic is on point but I don’t like the skin color. Sony Xperia has a better pic overall.
